Josh Jennings is the Founder and CEO of Delta Desk, which provides technology solutions to alternative asset managers across liquid alts, hedge funds, private assets, and quantitative funds. He previously served as CTO of a New York hedge fund, where he contributed to operational growth and revenue.
At Delta Desk, Josh leads enterprise technology strategy, infrastructure, data management, and cybersecurity. An award-winning programmer (1st place, Microsoft hackathon), he is a hands-on technical leader who builds complex databases, trading systems, AI/ML applications, and institutional-grade software designed to withstand audit and regulatory scrutiny.
His experience spans private banking, family offices, RIAs, alternative assets, broker-dealers, and private equity, contributing to trading, operations, audits, due diligence, and cost management. He has previously held Series 7, 63, 4 (Registered Options Principal), and 3 (Commodities and Futures) licenses.
Hillel has served as an operations leader with over 25 years of experience in financial services, having worked inside firms managing more than a trillion dollars in assets. His career includes senior leadership roles such as Web Operations Director, Senior Operations Manager, and Senior Product Owner, where he led strategic direction and execution for large-scale digital production. He partners directly with clients to define priorities, build structure, and drive delivery on complex initiatives.
Prior to joining Delta Desk, Hillel led the redesign and production of over 200 fact sheets for ProShares, a top-tier ETF provider, coordinating across creative, compliance, data, and technology teams.
Hillel's strength is combining financial industry knowledge with an operator's ability to organize and execute. The result: complex projects delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and at scale.
Emile spent 14 years as Executive Director of Business Development at frog. Prior roles include Senior Project Management at firms including Digitas and Blueprint. He established the US office for Guinness World Records and spearheaded Latin American expansion for Danish IT firm i-data. At Journey, Emile orchestrated exponential growth, growing revenue from $30M to $50M within 1.5 years, while forging key partnerships with Roblox, KPMG and Harvard Business Publishing.
An investor in seed-stage startups, Emile's investments include Field Trip Health and Cizzle Brands. Beyond business, he is passionate about building things. Previous projects including fatfile.com, TrimChallenge and his latest endeavor, the Milky Tea Slime Company, co-founded with his daughter. He has a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration and is a visiting professor at Tecnológico de Monterrey University focusing on entrepreneurship.
Michael is a hands-on designer and creative leader with over two decades of experience transforming ideas into professional, intuitive digital experiences that help establish credibility and drive engagement.
With a BFA and teaching experience at Rutgers Newark and the Fashion Institute of Technology, he's worked with clients including Bloomberg, Fidelity, Apple, Daikin, Yahoo, Johnson & Johnson, and the US Air Force across mobile apps, websites, enterprise software, and design systems.
A technical designer who collaborates closely with engineers, he believes every design decision needs a reason for its existence. As Head of Design at Delta Desk, he brings senior craft and systems thinking to every layer of the product.
Suh Smith is a cybersecurity consultant specializing in penetration testing, application security, cloud security, and vulnerability management. She helps organizations identify security weaknesses, validate security controls, and strengthen their overall security posture through practical, risk-focused assessments.
Her experience includes web application testing, cloud infrastructure security reviews, threat modeling, vulnerability management, and security architecture assessments. Suh works closely with both technical and business stakeholders to translate complex security findings into actionable remediation strategies that support organizational goals.
She holds industry-recognized certifications including CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) and OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional), demonstrating expertise in both defensive security strategy and hands-on offensive security testing.
Luke Lancaster is an entrepreneur, finance professional, and coder. After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Luke began his career at a premiere private equity firm in Dallas, TX. Mr. Lancaster served as a Fund Analyst, Senior Analyst, and Portfolio Manager preparing investor reports for funds totaling over $80 billion in assets under management.
Additionally, Luke is a commercial real estate broker and holds a loan originator license in the state of Texas. Leveraging his background in finance and real estate, along with some partners, Mr. Lancaster has successfully launched three private equity funds.
